The Opera Company of Philadelphia performs three large-scale works each season at the historic Academy of Music, America’s oldest, continuously-running opera house opened in 1857; and two rarely-performed, often contemporary works as part of the Aurora Series for Chamber Opera at the Perelman Theater at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.
