If you would like your students to participate in Sounds of Learning™ for the 2008-2009 Season, simply fill out the form below. Please fill out all of the information requested. When entering your school address please enter the complete mailing address, not the intersection where the school is located.

REMINDER: Sounds of Learning™ is open to students in grades 5 though 12 only. For more information on the program and its mission, visit the Teacher Information page.
