OCP's Director of Community Programs Michael Bolton will discuss the life of Italian bel-canto master Rossini and his music, which will be featured in a recital by soprano Charlotte Dobbs and baritone Elliot Madore from the Curtis Institute of Music, mezzo-soprano Katherine Pracht and OCP Assistant Conductor Laurie Rogers at the piano.
