Calling All Book Clubs: Read Cyrano in January!

Are you a member of a book club? In preparation for the East Coast Premiere of Cyrano, the newly-created opera based on the classic tale from French literature, if your book club reads Cyrano in January or February, you can be part of a special Cyrano group sales package for the opera! Receive discussion questions and a full guide to the opera with background on the history of the time of Cyrano and the creation of this new operatic work. Groups of 30 or more are also eligible for a pre-opera lecture from an OCP staff member prior to the production. Save the Dates! The Opera Company of Philadelphia is proud to partner with the Bryn Mawr Film Institute (BMFI) for a showing of the Academy Award-winning film Cyrano de Bergerac starring Gerard Depardieu on January 30th.
