Save the Date for a Special Patron Travel Program

Wednesday, July 24 – Wednesday, July 31, 2013

Please save the date for a special Patron Travel Program trip to one of America’s most prestigious summer opera festivals, The Santa Fe Opera

The highlight of our trip will be the World Premiere of Oscar, composer Theodore Morrison’s opera about the life of Oscar Wilde, co-commissioned by Opera Philadelphia and The Santa Fe Opera. The charismatic countertenor David Daniels creates the role of Oscar.

We will have prime tickets to Oscar and will attend a special Opening Night Dinner prior to the performance. We’ll also take in performances of Rossini's La donna del Lago and Verdi's La traviata during our weeklong stay. Board Chairman Dr. Daniel K. Meyer and his partner Fred Haas have invited us to be guests for dinner at their Santa Fe home.

As you’ve come to expect from our previous Patron Travel Program trips, the itinerary will include deluxe accommodations, private tours, and the freedom to explore at your own pace.

Invitations, including pricing details, will be mailed in December 2012.

Please note that this trip is available exclusively to Patron Program members and their guests.
