Ticket Exchange & Donation
Subscribers and donors may exchange their tickets for any other performance of the same production. Tickets are valued for exchange until one business day prior to your performance.
We reserve special inventory throughout the season for subscribers and make every effort to exchange your tickets into comparable seats on the date you wish to attend. If we are having difficulty finding comparable seating, we will contact you to discuss the available options. We will not release your current tickets until a suitable solution has been agreed upon.
If you have a last-minute emergency, please contact us at 215-732-8400. When the office is closed, we check voice mail up to 90 minutes prior to performance time. We will do our best to assist you.
