Opera Philadelphia and T-VOCE are so excited to be partnering with two school communities for an artist-in-residence program this year. Students at Artistas y MusicosLatinoamericanos (AMLA) will work with an Opera Philadelphia teaching artist after school to build community through song and learn the basics of being in a choir. This program is customized and designed for and with the music teachers in each school. Our hope is to create thriving extracurricular choirs in schools that are looking for a collective vocal music experience.  

The HOPE Partnership and AMLA choirs will have the opportunity to perform with students in T-VOCE, fostering peer-to-peer connections across the region.
