
Jonathan Neumann
Chief Development Officer
Jonathan Neumann leans into his wide-ranging background that spans performance, education, and management to advance the performing arts. He has held leadership positions from coast to coast and has served organizations including the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Boston University Tanglewood Institute, Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra and Chorale, and Alonzo King LINES Ballet.
Jonathan has been fortunate to work with individual and institutional supporters at all levels and has deep experience partnering with boards, curating special events, and overseeing developments—all with an eye toward building sustainability and a culture of philanthropy within the arts ecosystem.
A singer by training, Jonathan found an appreciation of music at a young age and has performed in opera and musical theater and taught private and classroom voice at the university level. Jonathan holds degrees in music from Baylor University, Boston University, and the Boston University Opera Institute, and did additional studies at University of Colorado Boulder.
