A Thought Provoking Conversation on Art, Race and Society
Michael Bolton, Vice President of Community Initiatives for Opera Philadelphia; Dawn Frisby Byers, former Director of Marketing and Communications for the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts; and Dr. J. Donald Dumpson, Arch Street's Minister of the Arts and event curator, share their insights related to Opera Philadelphia’s recent production of We Shall Not Be Moved and other modes of artistic expressions. They will explore how art can be used as a vehicle to explore complex subjects such as race and other challenges in society.
