Opera Philadelphia

Holiday Carols with the Opera Philadelphia Orchestra

Join a brass quartet from the Opera Philadelphia Orchestra for a free evening of holiday carols from all over the world at the Wintergarden, Philadelphia’s wintertime attraction at Dilworth Park.

The Wintergarden on the Greenfield Lawn is a magical display of beautifully crafted topiaries, seasonal foliage, and holiday-inspired décor. The open-air layout features a new rustic pergola, festive twinkling lights and generous seating throughout. The brass quartet will fill the space with festive holiday instrumentals from 6:30-7:00 p.m. and again from 7:30-8:00 p.m.

Guests 21 and older can purchase warm mulled wine to go at the Chaddsford Winery kiosk conveniently located within the space. Children and adults are free to explore the Wintergarden at no cost all season long. As a reminder, masks must be worn at all times, and please maintain a six-foot distance from other visitors.

Philadelphia’s other wintertime attractions at Dilworth Park include the Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink and Cabin, Deck the Hall Holiday Lights, and the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market, alongside Wintergarden on the Greenfield Lawn.
