Part of PIPE UP!

Celebrate the season as Philly's arts community fills the Wanamaker with glorious sound and holiday spirit!

Opera Philadelphia’s Orchestra and Chorus, led by conductor Geoffrey McDonald, will be joined by General Director and President, countertenor Anthony Roth Costanzo, renowned soprano and Philly native Leah Hawkins, and Wanamaker Grand Court Organist Peter Richard Conte for an evening of familiar favorites and unexpected delights.

The program, which includes an exciting dance interlude, will feature both the historic Wanamaker Light Show and a dazzling new holiday display, as 10th Floor Productions transforms the Grand Court with projected artwork inspired in real time by the evening’s live music.

Produced in partnership with WHYY, this holiday spectacular will be recorded for a special holiday broadcast on Tuesday, December 23 at 8:00 p.m.
