Opera Philadelphia

Your Health and Safety are a Priority

Updated Monday, July 25, 2022

Opera Philadelphia, in consultation with all venues and taking into consideration the recommendations of public health officials, will create a welcoming live performance environment with enhanced safety protocols when deemed necessary. Please note that policies vary at Festival O22 venues. Masks are encouraged but optional at all Festival O22 venues, and proof of vaccination is required at many of our festival performance venues. We recommend bringing along your proof of vaccination when attending several performances in the same day or weekend.

  • At the Kimmel Cultural Campus, masks are welcomed but not required. This policy will apply to any Opera Philadelphia events held at the Academy of Music, Miller Theater, and elsewhere on the Kimmel Cultural Campus. See their Safe and Clean Commitment for details and the most up-to-date information.
  • At the Academy of Vocal Arts, masks are welcomed but not required.
  • At the Philadelphia Film Center, proof of vaccination is no longer required & masking is optional, but both are strongly recommended. See their Health & Safety Regulations for more information.
  • At Late Night Snacks, proof of vaccination is required at the door and masks are strongly encouraged. Learn more.
